On Saturday, 23 May 2026, ILSA Chapter UNS had the pleasure of visiting ILSA BINUS as part of ILSA Visitation Vol. 2. This visitation program was designed to strengthen connections between student organizations with a shared interest in international law from different universities. For us, it was a truly exciting and meaningful experience to exchange ideas, share experiences, and connect with fellow students who share the same passion for international law.
The event began with opening remarks from both organizations, followed by a campus tour around BINUS University and a networking session. We were also warmly welcomed by Dr. Besar, S.H., M.H. and Mr. Muhammad Reza Syariffudin Zaki. The program then continued with company profile presentations from both ILSA Chapters, allowing participants to learn more about each organization’s structure, programs, and achievements.
One of the highlights of the visitation was the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) session, where participants were grouped according to their respective divisions to exchange ideas, share experiences, and gain valuable insights. The event was further enlivened by interactive games, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere before concluding with a closing session and documentation.
Beyond the exchange of organizational experiences, this visitation also encouraged us to broaden our perspectives on leadership, teamwork, and the development of student activities within ILSA. Through meaningful conversations and active discussions, we gained new inspiration and valuable lessons that can contribute to the growth of our chapter. The enthusiasm and hospitality shown by ILSA BINUS made this experience even more memorable and reinforced the spirit of collaboration within the ILSA family.
This visitation provided a valuable opportunity for us to build new friendships, expand our networks, and engage in insightful discussions with fellow ILSA members. We sincerely hope that this connection will continue to grow and that we will have the opportunity to meet and collaborate again in the future.
